  Welcome To TAI Help Desk

Nowaday as we know, 'Technology' is the main engine for driving business organization work flow. Technology 'does have problems' from time to time and more problems mean 'less productivity'.

Our objective is to organize the work flow in our department, and provide better service to all LKSD technology users. We have designed and created this On-line help desk system from ground up to fit in an effort to serve our clients’ needs. Each of us(TAI) has chipped in their time and knowledge into this project in hope of making things better, and smoother for all LKSD technology users. We would apreciate your co-operation for helping us get this system rolling by using it properly.

This whole process will be monitored by Dan Walker and Ted Berry, to make sure that all work is being taken of properly.

 

  First submit a 'Ticket'

After you have submited your ticket, a tech. person will be assigned to handle your issue in order by the priority that that you entered. Our tech. will work on your issue and if they need more information, they will contact you either by phone or email. After your issue has been resolved, you will receive an email notification of your completed job.

You can always check your job status anytime by clicking on the menu 'Job List' and enter your email in 'Search Ticket' then click 'GO'
