Professional assistance with a broad range of personal problems - including, but not limited to
                       interpersonal communications difficulties
                       anger management
                       assisting parents in understanding adolescents and young adults
                       depression
                       anxiety
                       substance abuse
                       family issues
                       occupational concerns
                       and stress-related concerns

Counseling & Consulting Services -
Accurate assessment, brief treatment and referrals, when appropriate.

Advanced Critical Incident Stress Management -
Consultation and counseling to help individuals and their families cope with the impact of traumatic events.
We live in a complex society that can place too man demands on our families and us.

   Sometimes we need a little help to overcome difficulties we may be experiencing. We have experience
   assisting people in resolving problems and feeling better about themselves. We emphasize dynamic
   prevention and education to achieve and maintain good behavioral health.

Counseling sessions are available for individuals, families or groups.
