Since coming to Bethel in 1975, Jane has been a math/chemistry teacher at BRHS, a math specialist at ABE, and math faculty at UAF-Kuskokwim Campus. Believing that small communities should never settle for a small education, she advocates widely for "excellence in education" for our Delta students. She and her husband, Dr. Allen, are blessed with five children; all are native to Bethel and graduates from the Bethel schools.
