Because of its small size there are only a few extracurricular activities that are offered at Qucuun Memorial School.

During the fall, students train for and participate in Cross Country. This year our students participated in Cross Country meets in Tooksook Bay, Kwethluk and Bethel.

N.Y.O. (Native Youth Olympics) usually begins in October and goes through December. N.Y.O. begins again in March and goes through April. This year our students participated in meets in many villages which included Napakiak, Napaskiak, Kwethluk, Tooksook Bay, Kipnuk, and Bethel.

This year was the first year in a long time that we had an active student government here. Our student government consisted of four students. The student council did a lot of community service and showed some movies for fundraising.

The afterschool program here is strong. Students work on more English and Math homework afterschool. The students in the afterschool program use the Follow the Leader website to learn more about math and reading.
