Why do shorebirds migrate? How far do they go? Where do they travel to? Why?

Western Alaska is one of the best habits for shorebirds in the world.

We are exploring why these birds come to the delta in the summer and where  they go when they leave. Join us as we learn more about why these tiny birds travel thousand of miles a year.
