Staying Healthy

The Alaska 4-H program has some great activity ideas for kids of all ages, including yoga and an easy, healthy bread how-to:  http://www.alaska4h.org/learn-by-doing-at-home
During this stressful time, help your kids and family stay healthy physically and mentally.
  • Eat a healthy diet and avoid sugary drinks.
  • Do not smoke or vape.
  • Be physically active 60 minutes every day for kids and 150 minutes a week for adults. It’s great for your body and reduces stress
